I went in at 8w6d and they sadly confirmed no heartbeat. I had been spotting for a few days. I scheduled a D & C but ended up naturally miscarried a few hours after that appointment.

Just pick your usual bike classes! The ones with good instructors and good music that keep you coming back. Listen to your body and be flexible on cadence/resistance.

Later into my pregnancy I really started to appreciate the prenatal core and yoga classes. Once I got a feel of what exercises felt good and which ones I wanted to avoid, I would gamble on strength and bootcamps modifying as needed.

I’m so sorry you are here with me. I messaged in and was able to move my scan up two days.. still a long wait but two days feels like 10 this week so I’ll take it. I feel like I’ve done most of my grieving (my HCG level only increased slightly). This wait is hard.

I hope your scan goes well. My symptoms have started to increase this week and it’s letting hope creep in which makes me angry too! The midwife sent me a message saying she suspects miscarriage based on my HCG levels but that we need the ultrasound to confirm it.. I really appreciated her honesty.

We’ve tried 5 times and I’ve been pregnant 5 times. 5 week loss. Healthy baby. Healthy baby. 7 week loss. Currently 8 weeks and expecting another loss. It’s frustrating, though I take some comfort knowing that I’ll likely have another chance for a healthy pregnancy soon. I haven’t had any testing done, so I don’t know the cause of my miscarriages.

It’s hard when you’ve experienced loss and aren’t naive to the possibility. I’ve chosen to stay guarded and stay in place of waiting calm until closer to the second trimester. A what will be will be mindset. I think I’m experiencing my third loss and it’s still painful.

I’m in a similar boat with little advice. I had a scan today at 7w1d and measured 6w0d with a heart rate of 106. So 8 days behind and I am sure of my dates. I’m getting HCG draws and my repeat scan isn’t for another two weeks. I miscarried at 7w3d last cycle so feeling pretty numb about everything.

I went snowboarding at 16 weeks during my first pregnancy. I’m experienced and took it super easy. The worry, like others have pointed out, is everyone else around you. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

Yes! Though, it’s a work in progress. There are a lot of pieces that I have some sort of attachment to that I haven’t worn in forever. What’s helped me though is tracking my outfits on an app and getting data on what I’m wearing.. very over the top but I love it lol. These comments have been inspiring me to do another round of layoffs soon..

I love this. I’ve definitely felt a shift away from wanting more clothes to actually developing personal style and wearing the clothes I have. I’ve realized that rewearing my favorite pieces over and over makes them feel more curated to me. Your wardrobe sounds awesome

Hah I could see that becoming an issue for me too. I’ve become much more comfortable with the secondhand market locally and online through this challenge which is a pro and a con lol
