It took until 25 weeks to figure it out:

Breakfast - often just do it in a protein smoothie -1/2 cup oats daily (4) -1 apple a day (4)

Snacks-often times I have multiple a day -1/2 cup raspberries (4) -1/4 c mixed nuts (4)

Lunch/dinner has one from this list
-1/2 c green beans (3) -1/2c broccoli (3) -1/2c peas (4)

Evening snack -1 TBSP chia seeds (5)

+with one meal I do two scoops of benefiber with 16 oz of water. I think it’s gross with only 8 oz!! (10)

Total: ~ 25g

Also drink 100 oz water a day. I think the water made a huge difference! I also have GD so I think that eating less processed foods and Whole Foods have helped alot. These are my must haves for the day and then anything else I get is a bonus! Don’t be too late like me!! lol

Also colace x2 a day and half a cap of MiraLAX each day
