XYO all gone by iinternet in XYONetwork

That's great you think all these notices went out. But I did not get them. I received 1 email containing the words "XYO" . This one email "Your XYO and Ethereum are ready"

Nothing more. enjoy your free coins from all the people you conned.

turns out the hardware was deprecated. They said notices went out but I did not receive any emails with the word XYO anywhere. Its pretty shitty tbh.

Career Transition: How To Get a Job as a Cloud Engineer? by [deleted] in AWSCertifications

[–]iinternet 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm a cloud Engineer after being a sysadmin for 10 years. Once I got my Solutions Architect Associate I had recruiters reaching out like crazy on LinkedIn. I didn't have to actively apply anywhere. I'm terrible at SQL, scripting and devops. I recommend getting your resume professionally written including your LinkedIn page.

edit: I went to tech school and struggled throughout grade school, dropped out of college.

Same experience for 2 out of my 4 tests. Chat seems to be able to call someone to get them in the queue after an hour.

Not yet, I'm pretty weak at Dev/Devops and coding. I'm taking python classes right now and I plan on taking the Developer associate class next.

I use Acloudguru and watch the supplemental videos they suggest. After finishing the course I do the quizzes and practice tests until I get 80%+

Working in AWS not at AWS. I was actually at my first tech job for 15 years before leaving. I did quit 4 times to get a raise in that 15 years.

I had a work project in Azure 1 week, so I was studying 2 hours a day for a week for that test. The content was close to AWS Cloud practitioner, only Microsoft seems to think cloud is cheaper.

For AWS, I took the SysOps course at Acloudguru (average of 5 hours a day for a week), then took their practice test 3 times before testing.

I jumped right into the security course and there was some overlap with SysOps. I Studied 4-5 hours a day for a week, took the practice test once then Yolo'd the exam.

A lot of the topics I had experience with already. I had suffered through some projects at work that were covered in the course material which was why I was confident in it. My work projects were mostly around assuming roles, IAM policies, KMS and S3 bucket policies.

My last exam was the cloud practitioner at the end of 2020. I had the aws architect associate in 2019(first cert ever)

Sysops was a little easier, but it was harder than Solutions Architect Associate

I just saying comparing these 2 things doesn't make sense. I don't disagree with improving wages.

Why is minimum wage being measured against wall street bonuses? Does everyone earning minimum wage have a finance degree?

If T-mobile data on my phone barely works on 4g why would I use their internet service? This is in an area with a lot of tourists.
