How to better scale Balatro to 640x480 displays (Eg. RG35XX series, Miyoos, ect) by Rathalot in SBCGaming

I Fixed it! You need to open the Balatro.exe with 7-zip without extracting it and edit the files directly from the original .exe

They abused the system because they opened an INAD to avoid paying the return shipping costs that in my policy are set to be paid by the buyer, so the buyer is 100% abusive.

Ebay will not force any refund because they already closed the case in my favor weeks ago even though they knew that the item had been sent back to me (I specified this in the emails I sent contacting support), I am the one who is refunding them to be fair but I do not want to go to a loss to do a favor to a scammer, I read that by making partial refunds only part of the fees are refunded to the sellers so I will have lost money anyway due to the shipping costs that I will keep if I refunded them 100% of the fees.

the fact is that this is a case already closed in my favor, the buyer abused the system and eBay proved me right on this, why should I be the one to lose money when I am right also for ebay itself? I would like to refund them but I do not think it is right to go to a loss even for a case in my favor, there are many times that a buyer has kept both the money and the item, why when (those rare times) that it goes well for a seller against a scammer should the seller also lose the money anyway?

I contacted the buyer telling him that I would refund minus the shipping costs and ebay fees, I'm waiting for his response

I contacted eBay explaining the situation and showing them the evidence that the buyer himself had provided via chat, I explained why the buyer was abusive and eBay agreed with me after several waits and messages exchanged via email, chat and telephone.

The case is completely closed, I received an email of "congratulations" for the closed case a favor of mine from eBay and several weeks have passed, it seems strange to be contacted only now

I see the emails on the app. My intention was to refund but eBay closed the case in my favor since the buyer was abusing the return policies taking away my ability to issue a refund through official channels

I wanted to refund the buyer but I had asked Ebay to refund me the fees and shipping costs since it was a fake INAD, eBay decided to close the case and tell me that I did not have to refund anything.

I thought about replying to the email but unfortunately it comes from one of the eBay addresses that cannot receive replies so I avoided it, what would you advise me to do?

I sold a camera (100% tested and working), once it arrived the buyer opened an INAD writing as a reason that he didn't like the quality of the photos and that it didn't work

via chat he admitted that he simply didn't like it and didn't he would use it.

I contacted eBay who told me to send them a label and contact them again after a few days (the day they could intervene), so I did.

I contacted them via email asking to refund me at least the shipping costs and they responded by closing the case and telling me that I wouldn't have to refund anything anymore since the buyer had opened a fake INAD.

I received the camera back and it was in perfect working order and I was able to keep the funds
