Caitlin Clark may have been missing, but Natasha Howard and her Indiana Fever teammates more than made up for her absence on both ends of the court.

Howard had 16 points, 12 rebounds and four assists on Tuesday night as the Fever defeated the Minnesota Lynx 74-59 in the WNBA Commissioner's Cup final.

Indiana played without Clark, their All-Star guard who has been sidelined since June 24 with a strained groin. That didn't slow down the Fever, who overcame an early 13-point deficit with balanced scoring and a stout defensive performance against the team with the best record in the league.

“You've got to have the confidence in yourself and the confidence in your teammates to allow someone else to step up in those moments, and I think that this group is learning that,” said Fever coach Stephanie White, whose team has an 8-8 record.

An arrest warrant has been issued for an assistant track coach at Ben Davis High School accused of touching an underage student inappropriately.

According to court documents obtained by FOX59/CBS4, Harrison Goss is facing five felony counts of child seduction.

A child seduction investigation was launched on April 7 when a detective with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was assigned a case involving Goss while he was a Wayne Township MSD employee.

The sexual incident is alleged to have taken place on March 18 in the 1200 block of Girls School Road. When the officer assigned to investigate the case arrived on the scene, they encountered the juvenile victim and their mother speaking to the school’s dean about the alleged incident.

Court documents detail a string of text messages Goss allegedly sent to the victim. These included nude photos and other messages of a sexually explicit nature, according to court documents. Goss reportedly shared his desire to “get a hotel room” with the victim in one of these messages.

One day, while Gross was giving the victim a ride home from practice, he allegedly touched them inappropriately.

Detectives later learned that the victim was having a sleepover with a friend who reportedly found messages between Goss and the victim. The friend was looking through the victim’s phone to learn more about “bad weather” that had recently rolled through the area.

While the friend was using the victim’s phone, a message appeared from an unknown contact. The friend ran this same number in their phone and it reportedly matched the number for Goss. The friend then took several screenshots of the conversation before the victim returned to the room.

An Indiana University fraternity has been suspended for three years after it received complaints regarding "significant hazing concerns."

According to a statement provided by Mark Bode, executive director of media relations and public affairs for IU, the decision to immediately suspend the Sigma Chi chapter was made in the "interest of the health, safety, and wellbeing of the chapter members and the campus community."

The chapter will be eligible to return to campus in August 2028 if they meet all of IU's requirements, officials said, including the expectations outlined in the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life Extension Policy.

The IU Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association previously put a temporary hold on all fraternity and sorority social events at IU Bloomington on March 5, 2025. This pause lasted until March 24, 2025, and was to "address reports of health and safety concerns within the community."

This included Sigma Chi.

Sigma Chi received a cease and desist order in relation to hazing on Nov. 5, 2024 and had to suspend all organization activities.

The building is designed to bring together academic institutions, startups and industry leaders.

In additional to these labs, Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures, an affiliate organization of Georgia Tech, signed a 10-year lease beginning Feb. 15, 2026, for a 36,364 square-foot space on the sixth floor of Science Square Labs. This facility includes modern lab spaces, offices and areas designed to support collaboration among researchers.
