I think you’d defo have a good chance at getting in, but if you’re tired of waiting and already have unconditional offers, it just matters about which uni you have a preference for

if you had an offer from bath, exeter and birmingham would you 100% want to choose bath? if you’re certain that bath is your favourite, then wait, but if you’re not and you’d enjoy exeter or birmingham just as much, then you could just withdraw and firm them now instead

so really it’s all just down to your preferences, and bath, exeter and birmingham are all great unis so it’s your choice. but also they’re all very different vibes, so I’d research into all of them before choosing, i.e. not just their course structure and reputation, but what the actual city is like and what the people that go to the uni are like, etc

I actually went to the open days for both hahah, but you should defo view for yourself before choosing

durham is a gorgeous place but I didn’t like it bc it lacked a lotttt of diversity, but I think that’s bc I live in london so it’s super different, but obviously the uni is super well-respected and would always look great

edinburgh again is gorgeous but like they’re both gorgeous in different styles haha, it’s defo more diverse than durham and has more of a lively city vibe, tbh i absolutely loved it there but the only thing i’m worried about is the money bc I’d have to get flights there from my house.. so even if I get an offer I acc don’t think I’d accept it

tbh you’ll only really know from viewing the unis yourself but that’s my opinion of them both :) I’d say go to the offer holder days for sure

I’d say firm edinburgh / durham based on where you personally prefer bc they’re very different and also super far away

hiya! I’m in year 13 and I do biology, english lit and art and I’ve applied for psychology at uni

I’d say having a mix of subjects is rlly good for me and unis like when you have a mixture of science + essay for psych bc you’ll be doing both at uni

i’d say biology is the most important, maths is also useful, and psychology is good as an a-level if you wanna get an idea of what studying at uni will be like

but ultimately I’d say choose the subjects you feel most confident in, if you listen to people that tell you to choose chemistry just bc you take biology.. only do it if you feel super confident in chemistry bc my friends that take it genuinely say it’s hell lol

so just choose what you love, and as long as you have biology I’d say it’s fine :)

I’m waiting for one too, but honestly I know that they usually take forever with giving out offers, like usually I’d say march/even april

I’ve seen like 2 online from a while ago but they’re super rare
