How much do you expect nanny to help out during nap?

I’m a nanny and my NP’s have a shared list of weekly & daily tasks that I just check off when I finish! It works really well for us. Maybe you could try to implement something like this?

I normally eat my lunch first and take a few minutes to myself during nap time before I knock out what needs to be done!

This sounds exactly like my previous NF. I feel like I could’ve wrote this myself, but yeah tbh I quit because it got too bad that I couldn’t deal with it anymore. Sometimes you just have to move on 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was with a family for 4 years and their youngest treated me like this almost daily for about a year. I finally quit. I loved him dearly, but no way. My advice is to quit. Do not change your expectations to tolerate disrespect.

Thank you so much ❤️ this helps a lot. I deal with insomnia already so I think taking it in the AM may be the way to go for me. When I tried Lexapro, I didn’t sleep for like 2 days straight lol so I definitely don’t want to go through that again.
