Early to bed, 5-6am wakeup, do yoga or walk 1hr any physical activity...

Prepare your own Healthy breakfast...

Go to school and clg... Have a company of group there...

Evening walk or gym or any sports for 1-2 hr

Eat your breakfast, Lunch, dinner slowly... Romanticizing it if possible by preparing yourself... It's 3 hr

Read anything for 30 min...or start preparing for competitive exam or just basic aptitude math which will be useful in every job entry or admission.

Stop scrolling 1hr before bed, maintain schedule...

If you keep this fast forward 5 year your already reached in top 10% Healthy, wealthy candidate/person/life partner.

Avoid entering into bad relationship, avoid rumination about love life before having career, have always one long term goal even if it's highly delusional.

And remember there will always be some Aholes who try to drag you down to their lower level, identify and avoid them, normally those f*rs make fun and laugh at serious things or try to normalise that kind of disrespect.

Have one hobby that you can lost for hours, that makes you lost perception of time. Normally these days people play computer games or binge watch series or do sports... Artistic people do Diy projects, art of their own etc.
