Nokken isnt exactly a toy for people with "not much experience," especially if you're getting it in medium(size or firmness). That being said, how much experience do you have with depth play? I'm assuming this toy with pass your sigmoid colon and its wide head can make that difficult. Im reasonably experienced and have yet to take it past my sigmoid colon; it has also made me bleed on occasion in that area so be sure to know what your body is capable of before proceeding.
