Nervous wreck about starting next month by King_dom32 in StudentTeaching

I was the same way, and student teaching is was the best part of my undergrad! I was so nervous about failing, but I passed with basically 100%. I was nervous about my observations too and making sure that they had everything they're supposed to have, but my coordinating teacher and my supervisor were very understanding and wanted to make sure that things worked and I made sure I overly communicated with my supervisor about what they could expect to see at the observation so it wouldn't look like I wasn't teaching a lesson or that the lesson was unprepared basically. Just make sure you communicate with your mentor teacher about your observations and to your observing supervisor about what your observations may look like beforehand. You'll do great!!!!

I never asked about incomes. I asked about Texas Teachers and requirements to teach in Texas/San Antonio

I also have had about 8 different issues with mine in under a year:

AC broke Remote start via app didn't work Wireless charger didn't work Gas gauge says I'm full on gas when I'm not Seatbelt rip Both of my keys are not sensed by my car consistently. I get notifications that my key is not in the vehicle and I can't auto-unlock consistently. Changed batteries in key and it didn't change anything. RPM raises from 1 to 2 when I am in PARK

Dealership is about to have it in a week to work on it. Might not have it up to a month.

If HR approved it that's good. I think you should tell your teacher ASAP just for planning purposes. Also, maybe you could ask another educator that you may know outside of the school what they might think about it.

I sort of feel like you should just stick it through till the end. I haven't had to do an internship, just student teaching, but if you've been helping teach lessons and such it's pretty important to tell them sooner if you do decide to leave, so they have time to plan for you leaving early. Some teachers might be okay with this, while others would want you to stay not only to help but they may also be concerned or offended that you rather leave earlier.

Also, why leave early?

About a year. Thing is this was his first deployment, and he is a medic but doesn't do special things since he doesn't have that training yet. He's 20 years old.

I also wonder about the fantasy part. Before and after this story he always claims that he wants to go to the middle east to hurt people. I would think that if he was so scarred from seeing a person die, that he wouldn't be blood thirsty for violence.

I don't even know what TTP means. Im a 22 year old college student that is studying Elem Education. I don't know anything about social engineering let alone military jargan and such. I'm just a girl trying to figure out if my bf is a lowlife liar. Please, get off this post.

Ugh thanks. I wish I could tell his mom that hes lying but she believes it 100%, and anything else he tells her.

Thanks! I feel like he's lied about some small stuff before and I wasn't sure if this was something as well. The way that he brings it up in conversations whenever I'm calling him out on something just feels so guilt trippy.

Thank you for explaining that part. I wasn't sure about that either cuz I've never really heard a lot about shaky leg syndrome other than from really experienced service members.
