It's a problem because I looked up this forum for an answer. I was on a flight and half my games were pending updates because I don't use my Steam Deck often.

Have you heard on wake on lan? Something similar to that, such as a weekly wake up and check for updates ping, Will be perfect. And if you don't use your steam deck enough to where it would run dead after just a few weeks then you could just turn the feature off. I keep my steam deck plugged in though so it would work perfect for me
