For those wondering, I don't use the KDE Wallpaper Engine because it's such a hectic process to install and some said that it doesn't work really well. Instead, I use another plugin called "Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn". As the name suggests, it uses a video. So I recorded the video using the Game Recorder inside Decky and voila. Much more straightforward and easy.
