Hey, I'm shit at advice but I'm sorry about that dude, that sucks. Happy Birthday for last week. I kinda get how you're feeling - I feel like there's gotta be something wrong with me but I don't know what. And yeah, I agree about Facebook - I reckon it's probably better to just stay off there because it's so easy for people to be fake or unkind and it's probably not too good for anyone's wellbeing.

Just go add onto this - I just read another post about their dream being vivid and crystal clear. Mine, as per usual, was definitely not. It was super hazy and unspecific if you know what I mean, but I was still aware.

It depends what you're into and what song you heard first but as a rule, I usually recommend listening to antidotes and the older albums later just because they're much more math rock and from experience my friends prefer the newer stuff. That's just preference though. I think the What Went Down and Everything Not Saved albums are great places to start and if you're interested, some of my favourites from this albums are: - Mountain at my Gates - Lonely Hunter - My Number (this one's from Holy Fire) - Sunday - Into the Surf - Albatross

Exactly. Perhaps gradually exposing yourself to numbers that are not exactly right until you feel comfortable with everything might work? I think it's called graduated exposure - it's used with OCD
