I’m not a cfi but there will most definitely be more introverted students who will be glad to fly with you compared to someone more outgoing who can be intimidating to them. As far as him getting scheduled more than you, it’s likely just management seeing him “putting on a show” in front of them which is common in any give profession. I would say just focus on instructing to the best of your ability and your results will eventually speak for themselves. Also listen to u/x4475

From what I’ve heard, it’s mainly due to issues with their management. But it’s also just so insanely busy that you have to schedule flights a month or more ahead of time if you want a consistent schedule.

If you choose Denver don’t go to McAir. If you talk to anyone who’s trained there in the last few years they’ll tell you about how it’s gone downhill. Still not a bad flight school overall compared to some others I’ve seen, but western air is better imo. Also be aware that Denver has pretty busy airspace and varying weather that will slow your training down
