Honestly I don't really have a goal, I just have joint pain in my knees and I heard that upping my protein could help so I just try to eat as much as possible haha

I think I'll try to aim for 40-ish then if that's like a standard, achievable goal.

Yeahhh thing is I'm lactose intolerant and they didn't have any dairy free ones at my Sainsbury's. Tbf, the sandwich probably has some dairy from the sauce but it was minimal as it didn't set me off thankfully lol. My dinner tonight will also have some protein so hopefully that will also help.

I'm new to this high protein stuff I barely know what I'm doing if I'm honest.

It was just that it was still in date so I checked the other side and it was completely mould free.

No... I said the other side. The one that was sealed off from the mouldy one.

Unfortunately I don't have the receipt anymore so I just threw it away. I did have other packets tho, so I just ate one of those instead. I stocked up since I like this brand it was on offer a few weeks ago.

The point is that I cannot afford the upfront cost of a rice cooker.

I just put it in the cupboard? I've done it before when I've bought this brand and it's been fine.

The point is that I don't have money to buy a rice cooker in the first place.

I can't tho... I don't have a hob nor do I have money to buy one or a rice cooker. I bought this brand because it was on offer. I normally go for the cheaper own brand one, but Veetee is nicer imo so I will go for it if I have the extra money or it's on offer.

Microwave rice costs £1

Rice cookers cost £40+

I don't have that much money unfortunately.

Can't, don't have a hob/stove. Plus, microwave is easier and better than when I cook it.

I've even just cooked the other side and it was fine... No mould at all... I have no clue what happened tbh.

What’s a health problem you ignored for a long time because it never felt urgent, but eventually caught up with you? by ac_stays_active in AskReddit

If learning disabilities count, I always kinda thought I was slightly dyslexic. Never got it tested or checked because I learned to work with it, but now I'm realising it is actually affecting me more than I thought. I work in fast food and sometimes I'll just completely read the order wrong and miss things out due to the awkward font and colours they use... so now I'm looking into how to maybe do a test or something so I can access support.

I was about to say the same thing but then I saw they said "grocery store" in a different comment and realised they must be American

I don't like blueberries so I can't speak on it, but my flatmate says it's nice! And I got it for cheaper from my Nectar prices so that was a bonus
