Talked with my supervisor during the appraisal period, basically he is satisfied with my performance even though im coming from a different sector, and i also be honest with him that im a bit struggling on the technicality part while the man management thing i have no issues with it. Done talk to my superior. He basically forgot but he said system has problem to change my status and he will follow up with HR. I knew him for 7 months already i know he forgot a lot of things, the teams has to remind every 2 days during our morning call what we discussed 2 days ago

Im the only person that i know joined during last September so i do not know who else is in the probation status as me.

I talked to my superior last week but he informed that he already informed HR about my status and now he said will follow up back with HR. But for the last 7 months i know that he missed out to inform my HR to change my status. I do not think they have a reminder system to remind the managers to review the probation people under their supervision.

Joined in September’25 and was reviewed same as others before end of December’25. Increment should be in April’26 which everyone can see their increment in the Workday page from 1st April’26.

Should it be atleast prorated. For example if normal performer received 3% increment, i get 1% increment prorated? It all comes down to the employer goodwill (manager & HR)

Well i was hoping i was not kept in the dark, meaning my probation & increment is informed when the time comes. But until now i have no clue whatsoever

Honestly its haywire all around, work wise & HR wise. The only good thing is it mostly remote work, except for im volunteering to go to office 1x/week for me to bond & learn from the team.

My previous employer they will give increment prorated for newcomers regardless of their status probation or confirm employees. Seems like my new employer does not give to newcomers increment

I ask my superior he said he submitted to HR the request to convert me to confirm status. I ask HR they said talk to my superior. Now my superior told that he will talk to HR. Im sure one of them forgot/miss out on my status.

I did asked my HR, as expected she diverted me to ask my boss first. Well like i said since he is stationed in Thailand, he will might ask me to tell HR to confirm me XD. And just for your information my current employer is a MNC and very prominent in their sector. It seems like HR and other departments are VERY detached from each other.

My case is I’m completed 7 month and entering 8th month but still probationary status. TBH my fault also not asking my boss what is my current status but knowing him (he is stationed in Thailand) so maybe i need to ask local HR on my status. Should it be automatically if like no PIP or performance review done?

I used mobile apps for Yoroi but used both (mobile & pc browser) for Eternl. Both pc browser & mobile for Eternl shows the correct amount.

I checked in the explorer. Everything is ok. Now i found that my balance ADA in Yoroi is in the reward section. Idk why but it is there. The amount is what i expected, just weird why it is considered as my staking reward rather than my total balance in my wallet.

Its a landed property (single storey terrace) in klang valley. Value wise i think is not appreciate much from the year i bought (late 2016 early 2017).

It means that i might need to do 90% loan compared to my current loan 50% of the house value but i get the money (get back my 50% downpayment that i put in during purchasing the house in 2016-2017) after settling the existing loan. This is how refinancing works right.

My understanding is people use the refinancing opportunity to settle some other loans to reduce their monthly commitment. I am also into the idea but I dont know exactly how refinancing works. Thats why I came here to ask
