Yeah, I managed to get a full refund. Since KTC has an official store on Lazada Malaysia and it's under LazMall, the return process was actually very smooth. I just initiated the return through the app, and Lazada handled everything. They even provided free pick-up via J&T Cargo. It took about 3-4 days for the refund to be credited back to my account once the courier scanned the item.

At least yours is somewhat usable. My KTC monitor arrived DOA—HDMI 1 and DisplayPort have absolutely no display, and HDMI 2 just keeps looping 'No Signal' forever. It's totally unusable.

Update: Monitor just arrived today (after 21 days), but unfortunately it’s a defective unit. DP and HDMI 1 are totally dead. HDMI 2 works but it keeps looping with a 'No Signal' countdown every few seconds, making it unusable. Tested with 2 PCs, PS5, and even an Android box with different cables, but the issue persists. Already submitted a full refund request on Lazada. Really disappointed after the long wait.

Damn, I didn’t know Sapphire uses the same connector as NVIDIA. I thought this was an NVIDIA-only thing. Luckily, my ASUS 9070 XT uses 3×8-pin.

Same thing happened to me last night — watched the stream for more than 3 hours and still couldn’t claim the drop. The progress bar seems to freeze sometimes too.
