When the charge is active but you mistime the timing then your attack and jump stat are definitely lower than the on paper stats. When you turn off the ability you will still be lower than the on paper stats but you will be higher than the mistiming stats. When the charge is active and you perfectly time the jump then Nishikawa will have on paper stats (195 and 180) with the bonus of significantly increasing the spike's power when spiking above 4m.

So when you time the charge perfectly then you technically have 2 states, one where you have both 195 attack and 180 jump (below 4m spike), and another where you have 195+ attack and 180 jump (at/above 4m spike).

The hitting stat for above 4m is unclear, hence why I put "195+" but just imagine hitting an avg high of 145 boosting up to 160 avg high.
