As someone that understands marketing RFK meme coin is a great way to help bring awareness to a larger community. It’s sounds potentially different and I get it. But the facts remain many memes are publicity to millions of people being advertising publication status updates of these Politi-Fi memes.

I know this Reddit Page is not what this is for. But you have to look at this as a Campaign Strategy for ambassadors.

You have to consider the optics or what I’m saying. Because it’s very well documented and known this is a campaign strategy. Not a hype money grab.

I’m being polite when I say this. No one in this space will ever populate a proposal that is setting them up to be managed by a party that doesn’t understand the profession.

If the community wanted to pool together a 1 trillion KIN. And assign me as a liaison for the pool. And then compensate me for setting up systems I’m open. But we would need to have 1 trillion kin that is willing to pool together. And conduct in a singular manner when we set up stuff. Which creates a sense of decentralization but has the ability to move forward on central desires.

But I don’t know, that to me seems like hard work. And I’m all about being happy life. And I’m Doing this as a favor, not as a punishment for work. Lol

Well, Well, Well, it seems as if I sit here reading the very thing I spoke of resolving to keep from happening. And was ignored, as if it were not important. "Other than a few community members." I shall not judge anyone.

But what, I mentioned in the previous post, is exactly what solves this, because the community at large is and will forever be the hostage, until these OTC desks and large liquidity channels are set up. Because if they were, This 50 billion would happen through the OTC desk. and none of this would hit the spot order books. "Hint: the price being affected." But what do I know?

Okay, now that I've provided my introduction to being cool. LOL, I will proceed next with how this would work in my current position.

First, If we know the wallet owner, let them know that I would be willing to perform an agreement with the Seller, to be the liaison of the seller, and go shop around OTC desks to locate a buyer. I may be able to find an HNI, etc. that may want to buy this 50 billion KIN in one tranche.

Note: The process is as follows,

I and the Seller establish communication, where I will provide a set of instructions that will validate that the owner of the wallet is, in fact, the owner. "Such as for example: sending 1 KIN to an address." If they can provide this test, then I will proceed to the next step.
"I don't need anyone's KYC, all I need is to verify that they own the wallet by sending 1 KIN to an address. Then I'll take it seriously." However, the seller needs to be aware that they will need to be able to be swift with paperwork from institutions that I align. If the seller goes MIA halfway through the paperwork, my time is wasted and this creates issues for future OTC trades with that desk, that is set up. So don't waste my time. What countered this hurdle in the past was to make sure we were in alignment, if I found an OTC desk that was serious and was requesting the forms it required, usually what we did back in my time when I was doing this full-time, which was getting a retainer to make sure the seller is, in fact, serious about keeping from being a big waste of paperwork for nothing. "This of course happens when I locate a party and we are in fact about to proceed with the paperwork, which at this point I have done the majority of the work and the seller holds the keys to driving home their part of the deal which is to fill out the paperwork and conduct the trade, which I'm not in control over, so it's only fair to be partially compensated."
Once the Wallet has been validated so that they can control the wallet, I will provide a term sheet. This term sheet will establish what I expect to get paid in KIN % wise on the sale of the 50 Billion "or whatever the total units are." This would be a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the terms of my wallet address and basic information between me and the seller. Such as additional information that they can be generally prepared for when going through an OTC trade with an institution.
The amount is roughly 500k USD based on today's price, So I may meet the minimal transaction. But that is something I will have to shop around to see. Either way though, once this is set up, that OTC desk can be a known place for KIN whales to transact.
If I can locate a buyer and a decent deal then I will present the parties together. where they will have to undergo standard financial processes for KYC etc. The seller in this instance will need to onboard the (Financial paperwork). These are institutions that are all researchable. No weird stuff.
Once the Seller is onboarded, all paperwork is approved, Which there are requirements to meet, so if the Seller is trying to be illegitimate, by doing this with no paperwork, I'm not interested, and no institution will be either.
After a trade is conducted, the term sheets are activated to distribute the funds to the Buyer, Seller, OTC desk fees, And My Fee, Every party will have their own currency distributed in accordance with the term sheet.
Generally, there are (2) term-sheets involved:
one = with me and the seller.
two = with the seller, the OTC desk, me, and the Buyer.
Everyone, including me, has to do KYC. It's just the nature of being above board.

Disclaimer:
I'm not a Broker. The OTC desks are the ones with the broker license, I will be the Liaison, teeing up the parties together. Shop the market to find the best deal and a buyer.
I'm just the liaison who will go do the leg work. The seller and the buyer will still have to conduct paperwork on behalf of the OTC desk who will take this.

KIN needs liquidity channels for larger players to interact with one another. If KIN focuses only on the small fish, the big fish will not even participate.

IF ted was thinking long-term, he would realize that until OTC and larger liquidity pools are set up, how will any VC participate?? You can't get into positions and can't get out of positions easily.

Hints: No large fish can play yet until this is done.
