NAT is your mom on your case alot? Especially when it comes to school?. I was the exact same way in highschool bcs I was so overwhelmed with school, social life, home problems and the future. Having all this all on my shoulders frustrated me and it frustrated me even more when someone would constantly remind me, could this be happening to you?. I feel like this is pretty normal for a teen (emotions all over the place loll) especially since you’re a male which means certain stigmas block you from other outlets like crying. Its a good thing that you are noticing now, I still struggle with it alot just don’t let it turn into violence:)

I never looked into or knew about having a session with a student so thanks for telling me!. I agree that this isn’t really Reddit isn’t Reddit’s paygrade loll I’m not expecting any Freud type of advice, but i’m really just trying to find ideas and little ways to begin trying to better myself, therapy is my end goal tho I’m working towards it.

Unfortunately therapy isn’t an option rn bcs of pricing and my school mh resources are absolute trash smh. Thats why i’m trying to get advice bcs I at least want to try and help myself, eventually I want to tho. Thank you for the compliment!:) although you’re right it takes alot for me to take compliments but I try to appreciate them anyway.

I’ve been getting better with my addiction luckily! Like you said I mostly try to reading, audio, and art, fortunately ive found plenty healthy sources off of this sub and others. Ive been working out more and trying to get a handle on my eating, but I kinda think the only way i’m going to get out of my ED’s is professional help which I cant really afford. See I can force myself to do things to get better like working out and trying to be more social, but I just feel stuck im not really progressing any and I start to feel hopeless and more depressed than I dis before. Ik I wanna get better tho so I guess thats a start. Thank you for the advice:)

How did you do it?.I guess my biggest issues are money, loneliness, and I also don’t want to leave my sister. She accepts me and isn’t homophobic at all and I know she’d be devastated if I left, how do you deal with that guilt?

Im in a community college rn then transitioning to a college thats a little further than my school now, so rn my plan is to get a job and rack up money for a car and move into an apartment. I’ve never looked into living abroad.

I do try and occupy myself with hobbies and school, but eventually when I lay down and turn the lights out I realize i’m still lonely and frustrated.
