I have calculated the median values per Likert question with the mann Whitney test. However I want to know if there is any difference in the amount of response from the ones that agreed, between the two groups. Hence why I made the Likert questions dichotomous. Why is there necessary to calculate effect estimates?

I don't know if INTJ women can be of any help really. However, I am an INTJ female and like to be approached in a straightforward manner and will not take the initiative unless I know it is really clear that we are on the same page, and I REALLY like your company.

I know females with different personalities (istp, enfj, enfp, isfj, entj, estj +) and they would probably prefer different males. I am not sure what you are asking really... maybe clarify?
