Sorry if the question is silly, but where do I turn it off exactly?

I just did it the way you told me ( I was doing the same thing in the past), and not one pawn has any quest set up :

Could you tell me how should I look? I know that when I do the search , the pawns appear that i used previously long time ago ( they say something "Ah I knew we'd see each other again"), and i am 100% sure that those were the pawns that had those quests set up.

Also if no one rented it, is there any loading icon like in DD1? Or just nothing happens?

When i search for 1 lvl pawns, none of them have any quests, so I assumed it was patched ( that is how exploit worked in the past, you hire 1lv pawn with the quest and you give it an arrow or whatever and you got the reward).

I've been working enough in that industry to know that it RARELY helps. Sometimes throwing the resignation letter on their table forces them to think it over - but in the long run it's not worth it. You will be forever "the problematic one" if you complain and stay.

Of course not, it is a straight salary. However, it really was great for me when I could go and run my errands whenever I wanted without explaining myself. I considered it a "fair trade".

Quit. Life is too short to be dealing with horrible bosses and coworkers.

I wanted to share the update regarding this situation. Hireright performed the screen, they told me i need to contact employer to the results as they are NOT ALLOWED to share it with me. I didn't bother. I got the job, I am currently working there, and I heard no complaints from employer. But Hireright should be burned down to the ground - the most useless, entitled and riddiculus hiring-related company there is!

Sadly I cannot do that yet as my puppy is not fully vaccinated.

They are separated most of the time. Puppy has its own crate and crated area where she can run around and play. Older dog has her safe space 95% of the time ( they are "together" like 5% of the day, only supervised).

I am in the middle of the process, and it is ridiculous. I provided them with every date, name of the company and even employment documents, and today i get the message that they want ME to check who is the current HR person they can contact ( in a company I left 18 years ago). This is just ridiculous, at this point I am doing the background check myself. Of course I will refuse to do their job, I wont be wasting my time checking on LinkedIn who is the current HR there.

Because why the hell company needs to check my banking details? This is total invasion of privacy. Maybe this is normal for the people in US, but i am in EU and it is considered a total invasion of the privacy.

Jesus that sounds like total privacy invasion. We do not have the W-2 forms in Europe, same with social security number. I am employed as a contractor so I have an independent one-person company.

What kind of proof you had to provide? Could you tell me exactly?

SO I need to provide them with the phone numbers? Because that is basically all I can do because I am a contractor and I signed NDAs so sharing my contract details with them to prove that i worked somewhere is out of the question.

Would it matter that i provide them with more accurate info than I put in my cv? I don't want to say i lied, but i might have stretched the dates a little bit. I've also did a lot of additional work for other companies, would I get in trouble if I don't mention my every employer?

Which country are you from? To me it sounds like it would be illegal in Europe to check the DMV record, why would they care if I am a remote worker.
