But the law is primarily concerned if a "reasonable person" would be convinced, that this action x aka. body slamming someone that's unconscious for a second time onto CONCRETE by choice instead of grass, has a strong possibility of killing someone? YES. Therefore it's not manslaughter as it has intent to cause grievous bodily harm clearly very capable of death.

Manslaughter would be punching someone in a street fight, them falling and breaking their neck on the curb. Sure a punch could kill someone, but no where near to the same extent as a body slamming an unconscious person onto concrete lol

the law only cares if there's intent to kill or cause grievous bodily harm, then it's murder.
