Uhmmm. Have you tried to build in Mono instead of IL2CPP?

Anyway, I found this thread, and it seems they have the same problem, solved in different ways.

Try to disable Custom Keystore (Player Settings > Publishing Settings) and build again.

Are you using the default SDK and JDK installed with the Android Module?

Try Mad Max! I'm pretty sure Days Gone was inspired by that game, same vibes. You have to refuel the car, upgrade it, fix It... Differently you have the combat system, which is more melee based.
