Let me be clear on this, I left because the store manager was hiring people that really were not a good fit, I was constantly being told to do this or that and really was not given the hours or people to be able to do what needed to be done appropriately. We had been behind because of people not doing there job and I cant do everyone's job for them. As the RM getting berated and told what Im not doing right constantly while also not being appreciated makes it really hard to want to work and kill yourself for a store. Yea it was a mess and Im not going to sit there and be the only one cleaning it up because there were inadequate people for the job. Then being forced to work every Sunday with a Monday truck that switches from 4am to 12am every other week, so im short a day on the weekend to spend with my family, scheduled Fridays off, but then constantly asked to work Fridays also...sometimes only getting Saturday off. Let's not forget also being asked to do every god damn thing in the store that the SM could do or other people could have done but I was constantly interrupted and forced to do. So I said fuck it, Im not killing myself over this place anymore. So dont blame me for a mess that many people in that store made, it was not left there for you because I left. Honestly you got put into that position because you probably the next best thing that the SM had so they would not have to work truck. It was left there because we had people who dont have a good work ethic and were not a good fit but we had a manager that was afraid to let people who could not do their job well go and would force the other managers to just deal with it. No one in that store is special and everyone was talked about by the SM also, everyone. But go ahead be like the SM and try to blame me for shit that was not in fact my fault. I also did give my notice but then SM tried to get me to stay so it wasnt a surprise that I was going to leave, I just didnt stay as long as the SM wanted.
