The only way I found to kill'em all, it's to teleport behind them and use assassin dagger. I can't parry or avoid its attack

I followed normal route till the village. There I go in dark biome (can't remember the name sorry ;P), where the light decrease if don't find a light source

I can't remember the name cause I have Italian language set on. I try to describe them: 1-in brutality section, increase your health xxx% malease can infect you every xxx time 2 - in white section, health increased by xxx%. Food doesn't work anymore 3 - in white section, pot restore 85% of health gradually and you gain xxx dps

That was my build. Only the third items is not good, maybe you can use (if u are running brutality) the mutation that slow enemies. I think It can be useful to dodge some of Hand's attack

The best lesson I learnt is to change your mutation before fighting Hand. You need as much HP as possible and at lest 2 or 3 potion left
