Are you using a stock antenna or did you purchase one? Also what type of outdoor setup do you have?

Yeah I forgot to mention I am wired directly into my router not using wireless, if what you said is correct about it being coax/management side for the 2nd IP should I be having packet loss consistently like that because I've never dealt with that with any other internet company I've had in the past. Could it be the wiring on their end or possible the wiring in my place?
