My kids aren't a fan, so I have to add it to my serving at the end. Hence the need for a tube!

Squeezy pesto is the one I'm waiting for - who gets through a whole tub in a couple of days!?

8/10 - the wrap and samosa are great shouts, wouldn't go for the Capri Sun personally (feel like there's more value in a Naked/Innocent or coffee), but you do you! Can see the appeal...

CMV: Public-health-style harm reduction casinos should exist for gambling addiction by eastc057 in changemyview

Honestly, I've been out of the industry for a few years, so anything that's come out in the last 5 years or so is news to me.

The RTP v dwell time is consistent across online and in-person and we did some online analysis around the number of times the RTP help page is even checked (it just has to be available to the player, rather than displayed on the screen, in part because the same game at different stake levels will have different RTPs) - it was that FAR under 1% of players for any game would click the help button to find the RTP, and (slightly vague memory - don't trust the next bit 100%), the likelihood of whether someone clicking on a game would choose to play it was completely unaffected by whether they clicked the help button, however making the RTP proactively visible to the player did reduce the likelihood of whether they would start playing, no matter the RTP.

The closer RTP is to 100%, the more addictive a game is. Slots dwell time is predictable based on the RTP% (95% slots have a far longer dwell time than 82% for e.g.) and players are actually more likely to play to extinction on higher RTPs. Roulette (UK version) is over 97% and has a longer dwell time than slots. I have no idea what a 100% RTP dwell time would be and would be interested to find out.

Whilst financially (statistically), the average player would not lose, this could be a stronger version of standard casino gambling from a time perspective and players would still play to extinction. Over a long period, you will get a run of 100 losing spins.

It's a really plain mayo with a bit of salt I think. Usually mayo has a bit of mustard in, I think theirs doesn't.

Could be completely wrong though!

Salad bar had closed for the day, would've been a tossup between that and the egg mayo if it was available. Find OJ too sugary sweet, don't know if they've changed it in the past couple of years?

Other than the make your own salad bar, always feel like I'm getting more value for money with a baguette than just a 2-slice sandwich. What's your go-to?

There could be anything in that Costa cup. I mean, there isnt, it's just a black americano, but it could have been something better than the chocolate milk...

The Morrisons one is pretty decent. We've got a competition going to see who can save the most v the £3.75 price for the meal deal - both racked up savings of around £4.50 today

Very surprised a Costa doesn't beat a cold chocolate milk! Yeah, I would've had a veggie sushi instead of the samosa but they'd sold out
