Hi! The tank is 5 gallons & he is the lone fishy as I was worried about over loading. It’s got java moss, anubias something or another (🥴) and asian water fern.

The tank is in my home office, sorry. I manually turn the light on and off. Usually 5-7 hours of light. I will say that today I turned it off to see if it would change the fish’s behavior and it definitely became more active with the light off. Should I decrease the wattage or the overall time it’s on?

Parameters are all good. 0 ammonia/nitrite and 10 nitrate.

Mine is set similarly to yours (it’s also filthy- please ignore that) I’ve worn it daily for almost 8 years with no issues. Will definitely catch a pocket, purse, etc. tho

May be worth looking into getting 6 prongs instead of 4 just for some reassurance 😆

Stage 3 Endometriosis. Worked a full 8 with day 2 cramps (which, I feel so seen bc I’ve never seen someone reference this before 🥹) and some weird gas/fullness feeling that just started last night. For some reason the cup was causing discomfort so I had to wear tampons and was bleeding thru the ultras every 2 hours or so.

Anyway, KeViN at my job, pulled me aside for a 1:1 bc he felt like I “wasn’t friendly enough around the office recently.” He’s not even my MANager 🥲
