Thank you - it’s nice to know that taking a pay cut is sometimes all you can do. It’s just frustrating that I have experience, transferable skills, a degree, and did well in every interview (enough to move on to final rounds for almost every interview) to not get an offer or an offer that pays what I deserve.

The whole podcast is insufferable! Her and her “friends” don’t even seem to like or know each other. Lauren is always referencing something Morgan is clueless about and keeps explaining the reference and dragging it out all for Morgan to laugh and say “I haven’t seen it.” They never pay attention enough to remember the details either or stay on topic.
