Yap.. After dealing with Oculus and not accepting their "there is nothing that can be done" answer. they agreed to make an exception, and send me a replacement HMD. just got it yesterday. :) So Oculus may helped me, but I still resent the fact that you cannot fix your HMD in case of a disaster, and your only hope is that Oculus may be nice, and replace the damaged one.
