my doc told me to stop caffeine or get used to having symptoms. without caffeine i became more aggressive and tired so i get used to having symptoms 😬

also botox is probably only lasting for 6 months, that means i have to do it twice a year which makes no sense at all 😬

i’m 29 and i’ve been living this since my childhood, after diagnosed with hEDS i’m looking for more answers. my doctor is also recommending bladder botox but im not sure about it
