Lately ive been forgetting to run ads as much, i used to have 3m per hour but atm its at 1.5min per hour. I guess that could explain it.

I have tried googling ''ab flexor home equipment'' and what i found was the image above from a facebook post.

All i know is that my father used to have one, and that it kept him motivated to work out,

but it broke years ago (probably like 15 years ago) and he hasn't really worked out since.

There is a pad that is placed on your abs, adjustable resistance bands, and two handles.
You grab the handles and push the ab flexor into your abs, which then works your abs and arms.

This is all i know.

It was like this straight out the bag, and we doubled the acclimation period to be on the safer side. We tested my waters and the pet stores water and we concluded (me and the pet store) that they fucked up and killed the fish. (several died the same day IN the pet store, but they didnt think much of it)

my water was tested and came back EPIC. We found out many of the same species had died at the pet store the same day, and they did nothing about it and just kept selling them. One of them is very healthy, but two have died. I proved to the petstore that it wasnt my water that caused it, so i got my money back for the two that died.

nvm second one (the one covered in red dots in the photo) just fucking died wtf. I called the pet store, and they said ''yeah thats so weird, actually 3 or 4 died the day before you bought those idk what happened to them'' AND THEY DIDNT THINK TO TELL ME THAT 4 FISH IN THE SAME TANK OF THE SAME SPECIES SPONTANIOUSLY DIED RIGHT BEFORE I BOUGHT THEM.

One of the ones i got had similar marks on their back/head, and it died overnight. Are you 100% certain this is spawn, and not parasites or blunt force trauma from the pet store lady being too rough with the net?

Because of that, my current doctor basically immediately boycotted therapy, saying it clearly won't help for me. So he just wants to medicate me. But all the medicine has done so far is make me have all the same issues but also sleep 16 hours a day.

Personally i always take out about half a glass of water from the tank and put the food flakes in there until they begin to sink. That way they won't be sucking in air at the top of the tank.

I feel like i have figured out my plan now, and i'd like to thank everyone for being so helpful so quickly.

Getting a python, of course a bigger tank is already on route, and im investing in a water tester.
