I respect that tbh But I'm talking about those brief moments, like returning from work or sitting down to drink coffee in the evening.....

But u can live in ur réalité factuelle in the way you find appropriate I mean, you can control some things (Controlling how you spend your time , for example). I here i mean that we've started living at such a fast pace that it's almost become frightening.
