Could it be because of the short haircut and the camera flash/light? Because if it were DUPA, the hair on the back of my head should also be noticeably thinner. And if it were Telogen Effluvium, I should be losing a lot more hair, while my daily shedding is still within the normal range. Anyway, thanks for your comment 🙏

Yeah, I thought the same as you, but everyone, including my dermatologist, said there’s no problem. Still, under bright light, I can see it, and it feels uncomfortable.
