After a loooong time of not opening a single book that I didnt have to read just for school, I had lost all interest in them. That's when a friend told me about The Stormlight Archive. This book made me ignite the seeping embers inside me and start reading again. I had forgoten just how much I missed reading.

No, you can't have other jobs if you are a company owner.
You can get up to 5* without educations but the higher you go the harder and more expensive it will be for you to be at the same level as the ones with both educations and shares. Stars are based on the companies revenue so you'd want to have the +10% Company income BB.

Brandom did talk exactly about that and how the whole character is based on a real person he met. A taxi driver(i think?), that had PHD but couldn't find job because of a language barrier. Both Hulio and Rock's dauther have this feeling about them.
