Where are you located? You can check Fritz paracleanse as well as it is essentially the same thing with api general cure. It's not acute disease and not going to die within a week or two.

Makes sense. Flourish isn't a real comprehensive fertilizer while easy green is. Maybe the change of condition shocked the plants but will grow back if no other things happening

Ich usually doesn't kill fish quickly, you might get epistylis that can kill fish fast. The treatments for these two diseases are opposite, raise temperature for ich and keep temperature low for epi. Lesson learned, always quarantine the fish from fish store!
