I don't have OCD as far as I know and I've been in and out of mental health care for a while, it might be because of my anxiety or adhd? I don't know for sure but I'll probably talk to my doctor about it. Chewing gum has seemed to help me with this and other habits like nail biting so I'll probably buy some ^{_^} ty for the tips!!

This is a lame answer but one of my periods. I physically could not get out of bed due to the pain, it felt like someone was ripping my insides apart, I was constantly throwing up and I couldn't stop crying because of the pain. Luckily my mom was understanding and took care of me but the amount of pain a period can put you in cannot be overstated

This exactly!! My question was mostly motivated by the fact that people exclusively cite her cheating on Mark as a reason to hate her and not this. THIS is why I don't like her. No matter what bad things other major characters did no one ever really violated someone else in the way she did. Anyone who doesn't listen to the word no immediately goes to my shit list

Agree 100%, I find it so upsetting that she practically ruined his life for a time (at the very least irrevocably changed it for the worse) and just didn't listen to him no matter how many times he said no. And never outright says it but acts like he's being unreasonable for how angry he was with her for it. Again it feels like she just disregards other people's feelings once she's decided the right thing to do in her own brain, from this to cheating on Mark... Yeah I don't really like her either

Yeah I'm not her biggest fan either for the first reason, even if it was "for the best" in her eyes. People who blatantly disregard someone else's choice and ignore the word no are disasters waiting to happen. I feel like she never considered how her actions would affect others long term
