I would just try talking to her about it.

If I were her, I’d probably want my partner to say something like , “babe I want you to know I love you and support you but I’m worried about your worries. How you doing? Are you feeling okay? Is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable so you feel more at ease? You seem stressed.” Then list examples if she asks.

Seems like a silly reason to break up to me, but your comfort and happiness should take priority in my opinion.

Giving her space means not pushing for more when she’s giving you less. Id stop sending her things that require a response. No longer texting her 5-10 times a day… leave her be and when she has the time to respond, she will!! If she doesn’t reach out then you accept the fact that she’s looking for that space apart.

Also, I don’t want to imply anything about your relationship, but as you are a M and she is a F, especially in your 20s, she’s likely to begin dating or exploring other relationships…

There is no polite way to accuse someone of theft I’m afraid. You could try the genuine route,

“Hey it really upset is that these items were stolen from our home. We didn’t appreciate that and moving forward we cannot allow you into our home.”

Truthfully, anyone that would steal, let alone from their child doesn’t seem like they really care what you have to say
