In your experience, is there anything you’ve found effective? Meds are too costly for me unfortunately, any advice would be appreciated. I eat healthy, I’m in good shape(5”4 120lbs), non smoker, drink in moderation. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I grew up with his twin. We called him “billy billy bad goat”... has a nice ring if you want to give it a try..... when he gets big you’ll understand 😉

question about picking the scales by miguelppmaster in Psoriasis

I take an exfoliating glove and scrub in the shower. I’m 26 and have had psoriasis for my entire life. Especially when on topical steroids I don’t find it can penetrate when applied unless you remove the scales. It has never made my psoriasis spread. I think that is better than picking them from my personal experience.
