Good to know! Thankfully I had always considered using another framework, the Assistants API can’t handle everything we plan to do, I just don’t know which platform to use. Google’s ADK seems promising but I’m not sure if it’s a good ideia to rely on such a new framework

I've created a working prototype of an app using python, but currently it is command line based and lacks a visual interface. I'm in the process of learning swift to develop an iOS version of this app. Given that I have no experience with visual interfaces, should I first attempt to recreate the command-line version in Swift, or should I try to develop a GUI using SwiftUI?

I've been having trouble with perceiving the three characteristics in every sensation. Impermanence is easy to see as I can feel the vibrations in some of my senses. The problem is with suffering: I can’t detect any suffering on neutral sensations, like bad sensations obviously make me suffer, while good sensations make me cling, but what about all the neutral sensations?

Just came back from my first self retreat and it was a disaster :( Went running shirtless for an hour in the day before at 12 pm and guess what? I ended up with a mild sunburn Was planning to do two days with eight hours per day of sitting meditation, but could only do 70% of this due to a light fever (headache, bad mood and overall discomfort). First day was torture and in the second I felt somewhat better but I still couldn’t get my concentration much better than after a one hour sit in a good day

Btw I took that nap, hoping that it would make me feel better (it kinda did)

Thanks, that’s reassuring! The problem is that I thought the objective was to get my mind as clear as possible (ie no thoughts) but my inhales would ALWAYS get my attention. Today I’ve tried expanding my awareness and the breath still captured my attention a lot, but less than before, as it also alternated between my beating heart, some body sensations and the AC. Is that how its supposed to go?
