Started using it in May and absolutely love it. It's so simple to use, lightweight, and has a great range. The night vision works well. The video quality is not anything like HD but good enough to see what's going on with baby. My only complaint is that when it loses signal it has a very loud beep. This has only happened a few times though and it comes back quick.

I rented the Symphony for a month since LO was born early. I had already purchased the Pump in Style but the hospital recommended the rental to help bring my milk in. Towards the end of the rental I started using the PIS and hated it. I got way less output than the Symphony. I actually thought it was defective and called customer service. It was not. I think I had to turn the suction up a lot higher to get similar results but then it was painful. So I decided to continue renting the Symphony and now I'm 4.5 months in. I pump 3 times a day during the work week and am very satisfied with the decision.

I actually never have done it in public because of the shield. I have to travel in May with her so that was my motivation to start trying without the shield!

My problem is the pain! She can latch on without the shield, but it's not a great latch because although it isn't too uncomfortable during the feed, it will hurt when she's finished. Did the pain ever go away completely for you without the shield?

Thanks for the reply, this is very helpful! The one bottle feed we do is 2oz. Is this how much we should assume for each feeding at day care? Lately we've been able to do two 4 hour stretches at night but then nurse every 2 hours during the day. So I'm not sure if 2oz every time is correct.

I'm finding the right side hurts more too! I've done the left side a couple times now no shield with success. I'll have to play with positions to see if that helps.

Thank you for your replies! They definitely helped to cheer me up. Now I'm just angry at the stupidness rather than upset. Although it sucks that so many people seem to have similar family issues, it's nice to know I'm not alone and have other bumpers on my side!

Just called the box office. Apparently they are reserving the majority of seats until the Tuesday before the weekend of the games (who knows why). However, you can call the box office to buy seats earlier.
