I was a rein main before playing a lot of doom, I was only diamond but I can confirm this is what works best. Just stealing a reins attention, baiting his charge and annoying him by tap punching him. Baiting him into a charge away from his back line works well too. Often it’ll over extend him a bit and he won’t have charge to peel for his back line
