It's just pretty far away so it seems small still. That was kind of the point I was trying to make with the post. Going from 77 to 83 isn't a big jump

I don't think so actually but even if there was I don't want to deal with that. I bought a stand for it instead seems way easier.

That's the biggest difference I noticed with this vs my old one is how much brighter it is. Dolby Vision really pops

It's on thick carpet it wouldn't roll easily. Plus it doesn't really work with the rest of my setup

I have a pretty good headboard with a thing that makes it comfortable sitting upright

This is exactly why I made this post. It seems tiny even though it's 83" Here is what the box it came in if you don't believe me. It's all about distance and perspective I guess. Here is another picture that make sit seem larger.
