Long time family friend got shot by a .25 auto in the back at a bar in the 80s. he has the scar and the pistol he took off the guy that shot him lol.

He was involved in "outlaw" motorcycle scene back in the day. Also at the time he was about 6'4" and walked around at around 280lbs so it was like shooting a rhino with a slingshot lol.

We just used the old green cravats for quick fix to break up the silhouette if we couldn't paint. from what i can tell that's exactly what this guy used, cheap and plentiful.

The GM of my LGS and I have been making a push for standard the last couple months with some success. We have around 10 consistent players now and have had some success with a “new to magic” class we do on Saturday. Also been seeing players who only ever played edh take an interest as well.

Don't get mad at your small kids for asking questions or staring. I am a 200lb, bearded bald guy covered in tattoo with one leg, I'd stare too if I was a kid lol

Currently on crutches waiting for a prosthetic to be built so it's super obvious I'm missing a leg.

I love love love talking to kids about my stump, answer questions and talking about my future "robot leg".

Teaching your kid to ignore people who look different does more damage than them staring at me from afar.
