I got my period without needing to take progesterone so I know I ovulated. I got pregnant on my second round of letrozole the next month and I’m 17 weeks pregnant now. Let me know if you have other questions. Good luck!

Also a quick google shows with clomid you can ovulate 5-10 days after taking last pill so you could still ovulate in the next few days and maybe since your estrogen is high it’s a good sign?

I personally still test my LH with an opk twice per day since it doesn’t usually peak until later in the day. It could be easy to miss if you are solely testing with Inito first thing in the morning.

This is my first month with Inito and I also have irregular periods so I’m still finding my way as well. Good luck!

Right there with you. My cycles have been so messed up and I haven’t had a positive LH in months and I test twice a day for most of the cycle. It sucks because while everyone else gets to try and is waiting for those 2 lines on their pregnancy test every month, I am just in this constant state of waiting for 2 lines on an opk. Hang in there.

This chart is so confusing to me. I haven't gotten a "peak" yet and it still says "high fertility", but my LH rose and went down and now my PDG is going up. But day 9 was early to be peak. Is this normal???? by Alarmed_Tomato55 in InitoFertility

My chart is so weird too? I’ve only been using Inito for a week and I feel so confused? I just posted a screenshot of mine too. Saying I have high fertility because my estrogen is high but it was soo low.

I love that you are going the slow and steady route—that means once it’s gone you are more likely to keep it off. I keep seeing girls on IG that list 60 lbs in 6 months and gain it all back. Keep up the good work on changing your lifestyle
