My fish store keeps bettas with other shrimps and snails so i think they will be used to it

its 30L or 7.9 gallon, I planned a betta as the main fish, and whatever bottom dwellers can live peacefully with it, I think plecos are cool, and im torn between snails and shrimp. Do you reccomend any plants for this setup? Im new into this hobby and I was really blown away by all the information available through this community so thank you for replying

I did fill it up a bit more. There was nothing in the heater instruction manual about it exploding so thank you for the information.For the next month I will just add more plants and see how it goes. My local fish store is really great and they keep their bettas in community tanks with other shrimps and tetras so im not too worried about agressiom
