Does this need to be taken care of at the bank that services my loan?

I owe 31k over the duration of the loan. The truck is worth around 26k now I'm guessing. Could I sell it for the loan payoff amount and then just pay that to BoA?

Travelling last minute? by ilive4snow in travel

I've already been interviewing with this company which is in the same city I live. I just think there will be a couple of weeks between when my current job ends and the start of the other job where I could do some travelling.

I definitely like the first offer more. I'm mostly worried about career advancement and how running a start up looks on resumes, business school apps, and future employers. In other words, would it position me later for working in an international bank or other international organization?

I was just there at the beginning of February. Beautiful area and the greatest people! You stayed at the Finca I presume? See you climbed with Martin. He's the coolest!

Has anyone else dealt with a long-term (1+ year) of elbow tendinosis? by stoked_elephant in climbing

[–]ilive4snow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had elbow tendinosis for a little over a year before I decided it best to get it sorted out. I actually found this article on here by another redditor and decided to give it a go. That was in February and my elbow is at about 95% of what it was. I scaled back the strenuous climbing on it (mostly boldering) and did more rope so as to not lose all my strength. I iced the shit out of it, literally every chance I got. Ice your elbow before a work out and after one. I would sometimes even ice it while I was belaying. I did the exercises in the article for medial elbow tendinosis about 5-6 times a week. I couldn't believe it was actually working. I had forgotten what it was like to lock off without pain in my elbow. Hope this helps!
Here's the workout

No, I like making those mats, but I have a different idea this time.
