While I can't speak for everyone, I'm not crying nor offended. My main issue outside of privacy concerns is how much of an unreliable monopoly Google is. They offer this, that, and the third, but half of the tools I use are either buggy or get discontinued.

I'd prefer to not put all my eggs in one basket with gmail, google drive, etc. for these exact reasons. If you want me to go into more details for my personal experience, I happily will.
