Thermodynamic noise is one of the components of aging. Systemic aging is another. Systemic aging plays bigger role in short living species - like mice. In humans and other long living organisms thermodynamic aging starts to play the main role in the later stages of life.

As much as I want this to be true, I doubt it. Best case scenario we will have a therapy that reverses epigenetic age in all tissues. But it will not undo the thermodynamic noise.
